What storage facilities do you provide?
We offer storage in a dry, secure barn with access to trickle charging if required (included in the weekly cost). We offer long term car storage and short term car storage.
How much do you charge?
We charge a competitive £23 per week, excluding VAT. This is for long term or short term storage. Payment in advance is required, before you move your vehicle into our facilities.
How does invoicing work?
If you moved into our storage facility mid-quarter, you would pay from the date you moved into the car storage facility until the end of the current quarter. Thereafter, you will be invoiced quarterly in advance. The invoice will be from Wellhouse Storage.
When can I access my vehicle?
Monday to Thursday 9am until 1pm unless it is a bank holiday. We require a call or email in advance to let us know you will be visiting. If you require out of hours access, we will do our best to arrange this.
Do you provide insurance?
Vehicles kept with us will need to be insured by you.
If I want to cancel, how much notice do I need to give?
We require at least 14 full working days’ notice in writing for the termination of your contract.
